We will meet at Runnymede pleasure grounds with a 12.00 O’Clock departure for a short ride to Brookwood Military Cemetery. 

Along the route we will make a quick visit to see a Grave of a local hero who lived in Windsor and was awarded The Victoria Cross for his actions in WW1 he also was awarded Military Cross. He was a Captain in the RAF and later in WW2 assisted allied airmen to escape into Switzerland and was awarded Commander of the Order of the British Empire – CBE. 

Onto Brookwood where we will be seated for the Memorial Day Ceremony and afterwards enjoy refreshments at the WW1 Trench Experience.
