Meet Martin from 10.00 at Newlands Corner ready to set off at 10.45. 

Martin will be leading us to the Riverside at Amberley in the South Downs. He has booked a table for 12.30 for an alfresco lunch on a terrace over looking the River Arun.

Afterwards you can cut away home or take a motor boat for a trip on the river, (but you will need to book this in advance), or visit the very nearby Amberley Chalk Pit museum which Andy Scott highly recommends.
